1) Insert New Sheet

"Shift+F11" key use to insert a "New Sheet" in your currently open excel workbook.

2) Insert Chart Sheet

How to Insert New Chart Sheet in Excel? Here, using this shortcut key you can insert a new chart  Sheet.
"F11" function key use to insert a "New Chart Sheet" in your currently open excel workbook.

3) Quick Navigation

  • Ctrl+End - navigate to the furthest right cell you’ve entered data in
  • Ctrl+Home - navigate to start.
  • Ctrl+right arrow - navigate to the furthest right of the excel sheet.
  • Ctrl+left arrow - navigate to the furthest left of the excel sheet.
  • Ctrl+up arrow - navigate to the top of the excel.
  • Ctrl+down arrow - navigate to the down of the excel.
  • Ctrl+F1 - Show/Hide the Excel Ribbon. 

4) Entering Data

  • F2 -  For Edit the Current Cell.
  • Alt+Enter - Enter a new line in cell Editing Mode.
  • Ctrl+D - Copy the content and format of the first cell to the selected cells below.
  • Ctrl+Y - Repeat the last Action.   

5) Formatting the data

  • Ctrl+1 - It Open the "Format Cells" Dialog Box.
  • Ctrl+T - It Convert selected cells to table. 

6) Working With Formula

  • Tab - Autocomplete the function name.
  • Ctrl+` -  Toggle between displaying cells value and Formulas.
  • Ctrl+' - Insert the formula of the above cells into the current selected cells or formula bar. 

7) Selecting Data

  • Ctrl+A - Select the entire worksheet.
  • Ctrl+Space - Select the entire column.
  • Shift+Space - Select the entire row.
  • Ctrl+Home OR Ctrl+Shift+End - Select the entire range of actual used data in current worksheet.

8) Indent in cell

  • Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Tab - Decrease the margin between the border and the text in the cell.
  • Ctrl+Alt+Tab - Increase the margin between the border and the text in the cell

9) Find and Select

  • Ctrl+F - Find the crucial pieces of data.
  • Ctrl+H - If you misspelled a word or you want to replace it use find and replace function.

10) Filtering Data

  •  Ctrl+Shift+L - Enable to filtering of selected cells.
