1. Quickly Copy Formatting
Use Format Painter:
Select formatted text.
Click Home → Format Painter.
Click the text you want to format.
2. Clear All Formatting
Remove unwanted formatting:
Select text.
Press Ctrl + Spacebar or click Clear All Formatting.
3. Change Case Instantly
Convert text between uppercase and lowercase:
